Wo leben Kronengeckos?
Der Kronengecko kommt am südlichen Ende von Grande Terre der Hauptinsel Neukaledoniens sowie auf der vorgelagerten Île des Pins vor und ist somit endemisch. Er ist arboricol und bewohnt das Blätterdach der Bäume in feucht-heißen und dicht bewachsenen Tieflandregenwäldern.
