Wie wirkt Ratiopharm?
Der Wirkstoff wirkt schmerzstillend, fiebersenkend und entzündungshemmend zugleich. Er blockiert die Bildung bestimmter Botenstoffe im Körper, so genannte Prostaglandine. Diese sind an der Entstehung von Schmerzen, Fieber und Entzündungen wesentlich beteiligt.
Wie lange dauert es bis ratiopharm wirkt?
Der Wirkstoff Ibuprofen ist bis zu einer Dosierung von 400 Milligramm rezeptfrei erhältlich. Die Bioverfügbarkeit liegt bei 80 bis 100 Prozent. Etwa nach einer bis zwei Stunden ist die maximale Konzentration erreicht.

Die Gesamtdosis an Paracetamol darf für Erwachsene und Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren bzw. ab 43 kg Körpergewicht 4.000 mg Paracetamol (entsprechend 8 Tabletten Paracetamol-ratiopharm®) täglich und für Kinder 60 mg/kg/Tag nicht übersteigen.
