Wie sieht ein Polarfuchs aus?
Erscheinung: Polarfüchse sind im Winter weiß und haben im Sommer eher einen graubraunen Rücken, gelbliche Seiten und braune Bäuche mit weißen Flecken. Etwa 3\% der Polarfüchse sind das ganze Jahr über kohlrabenschwarz gefärbt und werden als „blaue Füchse“ bezeichnet, in Spitzbergen können es aber auch bis zu 10\% sein.
